Weather: warm and sunny

Comments:
I only had 20 minutes to run, because I just got back from work at 5, and I have to be at a barbecue at 615, so this steady became a hilly speed day. I felt great, but I would have preferred to be in full steady building mode, but I also needed to get my requisite 3 runs in this week. Anyway, Ill compensate with a long steady tomorrow, when I have a day off. I'm thinking a 30 min into glover.
