10 Mile Run On Bayou

Comments:
I woke up earlier than usual today. I felt ok. I walked around for a few minutes and did the lunge matrix for a warm up. I started off ok, but I could tell I was less warmed up than usual. I started off slow. Throughout the whole run, I really never could pick up the pace. It is my first 10 miler of base phase so I'm not too worried on pace. I was hoping to run around 7:25s, but I'll take what I get. I was hurting a little bit at the end. I got really tired and my legs were kind of aching. It was also really humid during this run. Also being tired from yesterday's hill workout didn't help either. With weather and the hill workout taken in to account, I can't be upset with my pace. My mile times were 8:16, 7:45, 7:39, 7:37, 7:40, 7:38, 7:40, 7:45, 7;51, and 7:44.
