Comments:
Felt great - top roped a couple 5.10s and 5.11s, then led the 5.10 on the wave. Didn't quite make it all the way, but got significantly father than before, and most importantly, my wrist didn't hurt! At all. Felt super strong, even on supination. Worked on handstands (including single arm) afterward.
