Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran with A Group around base. We would drop most of the group and then re-group every turn. Pretty decent run but it's so humid here!
Went to the gym after with Curran and Delasko... 210 rep bench press challenge with 115#. Started with reps of 20 then 15 then 10 then usually would get around 6. Took us about 45 minutes.
