Comments:
I was super tired, and it was one of those runs that you just had to get through. I keep getting cramps on my run, I am pretty sure its because my first 2 miles of my run will be unusually fast. I am trying to work on that. My miles for this run: 7:35, 7:49, 8:18,:8:13, 7:31
