Weather: mid 70s, sunny, hot.

Comments:
ran early today so i wouldn't die again when it's 100 degrees. anyway, felt pretty good but my stomach started hurting badly on the halfway mark, couldn't breathe right for awhile. but after that, i felt a little better. the run back was a little more stressful than the run out.

extra: lunge, plank, 3x50 crunches, 50 squats.

splits: 9:52, 9:29.
