Rock climbing

Comments:
Biked to the rock gym, led my 5.10a on the wave all the way to the finish! Then worked on elbow levers, supinated dead hanging (supination on a neutral or extended wrist being the painful, tight, injured ROM) and handstands with single arm variations. (Also got charged by two yearling moose on the way home. Pretty fun.)
