3 X 4 X 400m/2'/3'
w/ JK at the track. We tried increasing the pace with each interval, going from 5k pace for the first, 1500m pace for the second, 800m pace for the last. But I'm not the best at pacing 400m and would often be too fast.
But with the wind, I'd say we were moving pretty well. You could shave off at least a second for each. I did the last one in 65".
Below I've averaged them out at 71" per interval to save time.
JEK was there too. He joined us for the warm up. I remarked that he looked like a Spartan when he was busting out a few 200m reps.
