I was really happy with this run, because the numbers were so even--exactly 3 miles and exactly 28 minutes. Other than that, it actually wasn't that great of a run. My legs felt heavy and I got some cramps and my hip is hurting when I walk, like on Friday. It's kind of sore to the touch as well. I'll cross train the next couple days and I'm sure it will be fine
