Comments:
Really encouraging run on an absolutely beautiful day. Kept most of the run at E pace, finished up with 3 at goal-marathon pace. The encouraging part was that a) could definitely have kept going, had energy left and b) the goal M pace miles felt taxing, but not unsustainable.
