the best run yet. although i did have to stop, i felt so much better. breathing was okay, nothing really hurt and no stomach ache this time! (: still really hot weather. i regret not running in the morning...
splits: 9:47, 9:28.
extra: 50 squats, lunge, 3x50 crunches, plank circuit (2:00 forward, 1:00 on each side with 10 leg lifts, 1:00 supine with 6 leg lifts).
