I think I'll just start swimming twice a week because I am slowly but surely destroying my hair... haha I'm just kidding. But I will start swimming twice a week on the days that I run twice. Maybe on T/TR but I might play around with it depending on how my work/every day schedule works out. If I could keep up with keeping this thing updated, that would be great... Hopefully I can bump up to 35-40 miles this week!
