Great harder 7 miler

Had a VERY good run , the 6 - mile hilly one. I didn't have too many hills at my disposal, so I made sure to keep it a t fast pace. It became a 7 miler since I added a warm up mile before (still a good pace, around 7:00 flat which is faster for now) and a 100m walk in between that and 6 - miler. Really helps my left foots tightness and other pains
