Tuesday Lift Routine with Alexios:
1)back lift 12,9,6,3 (Bar, added 10 on each side till 105)
2)bench press, 12, 9, 6, 3, ended with 25 on each side
3) Reverse hypers 3 by 8 with 20lbs
4) pull ups/ chin ups (3 by 2, 6 by 2)
5) RDL's 3 by 8 with 20lbs
6) weighted glute bridge with 15lbs each side 3 by 8
7) Modified Landmine rows with 50lbs, weight at 50, 3 by 8 each arm
8) modified overhand press, 5olbs, w3 by 8 each arm
9) squat thing I can't remember the name of, finished with 2 by 8 with 5lbs each side (easy)
