My shins haven't hurt since Tuesday (?) of last week. I think it might've just been the new shoes. Quads are sore today and calves occasionally burn when staircasing up. Thankfully nothing out of the ordinary. Still anxious to get my mileage up but trying to be patient... I've been on track with daily set(s) of core and the 10lb arms routine every other day.
