Comments:
Jogged over to the track and did 4x 800m and 1x 400m. Times were 3:00, 2:53, 2:54, 2:52, and 1:12. Wore the new shoes and felt pretty good. Went back to the company area and finished with 21-15-9 of pull-ups and thrusters with the sit-up bars.
