Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Pushups, curls, militaries, and flies w/ 25 free weights. Not doing much this week since I've been studying (+recovering the ankle, doing stretches, etc.) probably going to try it out in the brace tomorrow after the test. hopefully should be good for a run or two this weekend at home?
