legs felt good, didn't want to go into anaerobic, so if legs started to get a little tight i backed it off just a bit, legs started to feel good after a couple i like the workout because it really helps me gain an understanding of where my aerobic threshold is and help to push that threshold. wasn't a great workout but it was decent. next week i want to do 6-7 at 5:25-5:35
