Comments:
Hot and humid again today. The workout was 13 minutes, 1 minute rest, 12 minutes. I did the first 13, but that was really it. My legs really tied up badly. That one minute went by so fast. Once I stopped, I really didn't want to start back up. It was actually really hard. I really wanted to do the full, but I couldn't. Even the warm up tired me out.
