xc practice

Weather: humid but breezy

Comments:
started off with a 20 minute or so warmup (it was at bryant, so we ran some of the course. then we did a 5 hills, 4x200, 5 hills workout. the hills were on the finishing hill of the bryant course, and were pretty intense. felt significantly slow on the 200's, but i actually felt ok on the hills. keep those miles going and soon ull be able to keep up with everybody else. after the workout we went for a short cooldown around the upper field area. the time i logged was a guesstimate.
