Comments:
My back was feeling pretty tight last night so I took it easy in the running department today. Did a lot on the bike and in the pool though and got in some good weight lifting. Tomorrow I'm going to shoot for 5.5. We'll see how that goes, but I sure am getting bored with the same concrete path
