Loppet Nordic Racing (LNR) Practice

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
1.5 mile jog to hill then 5 time 40 seconds bounding up hill at L4. We then went to a .5 mile loop and did 4 laps at L3. All of this was done with full recovery. We than had another 1.5 mile jog back to the starting area.
