Today my shins didn't feel great, I iced them after everything and iced them again later in the evening. After my run I did 22x60m strides at indoor and then did strength stuff. Overall it was a good long morning, and my mileage is starting to come along.

-Foam Roll
-3x12 reverse sit ups
-Red band 1x15 knee raises
-3x15 shoulder press w/15lb
-1x15 bicep curl w/15lb
-8 min abs + 10 push ups
-10 push ups
-10 push ups
-10 push ups
-2x20 throw downs (10 each side)
-1:30 arms
-10 push ups
