Comments:
Ran the 5 mile loop in my neighborhood, but backwards so I ended with a hill. I almost like that better than ending in the sun on flat neighborhood roads. Felt really good and kinda speedy. Did 1.5 miles with Dad afterwards (walk/run fartlek)
