Good workout. Felt good going up the hills. Need a partner though. Not really sure how to log the hill repeats in here since the distance wasn't measured out so here it is:

2 miles warm up
7x1min uphill with 3 minute jog in between
9x30sec uphill with 2 minute jog in between
2 mile cool down
8 miles total
