Got out early this morning and did a good 11 miles up past pa-pa's and back. Overall I felt good, the second half I started to loosen up and was rolling along a bit better. I am just starting to feel stronger which is exciting. 11 miles feels pretty easy, I ran the last mile on the track in 5:48 and it felt like a cake walk. I then did 10 strides on the field, and now I am waiting for Meghan cause I am going to do another run and then head to indoor for some strength. So today is going to end up being like a 16 mile day or so.
