pretty shit workout. i was short of breath, my shins were super sore, and i had a massive stomach ache right after my last 400. could've been better..

splits: 1:46, 1:48, 1:41, 00:42.73 (all-out).

extra: lunge, 3x50 crunches, plank circuit (the usual), 50 squats.
