Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
I biked 4 miles getting to and from the pool. While I was there I warmed up and did an aquajog kind of fartlek: one minute hard, one minute easy, two minutes hard two minutes easy up to five minutes and then back down. I swam some laps and went home. I'm always surprised by how tiring aquajogging is.
