Did this run on the track just one more time to be safe. I felt some tightness from miles 1.5-2.5 but I didn't stop because it wasn't severe. After 2.5 miles the tightness faded and I finished the last mile comfortably. This is the furthest I have run since March 1. It's not much but it's a good step for me towards getting back. I did core and push-ups after
