Oofda. Ran this morning in an attempt to beat the heat a little bit, but I don't think I beat it. The humidity and 'dead-ness' of the air really zapped me. I was going to throw 3 goal MP miles into the end of the workout, but only had the energy for two. When I got home, my shorts were so wet, it looked like I had just gotten out of the swimming pool.
