Wills Hills 4,3,2,1 Hill Workout

Comments:
There were 3 separate hills. The workout was to go up and down the first hill 4 times, then 4 times the next hill, then 4 times the last hill, then go back to first hill and do it 3 times, and so on. I pushed a little too much in the first 5 minutes. It was a really challenging workout. After about 15, I really settled in. Once you get to 2 at each hill, the workout becomes so much easier mentally. I almost finished a second set of 1s. I was glad I didn't stop at all like the last 2 hill workouts. It was tough, but really good work. The second half of the workout, the time jogging to next hill was valuable. It acted as a resting period to get some breath. It was a good workout though that was tough. My mile times were 8:21, 9:20, and 8:49 pace for last .83 miles.
