Temp dropped 15 degrees overnight. I was gonna wear another layer, but, oh wait... it's still hotter than it will be this afternoon in VT!

I was gonna post about how pumped I was that I ran 12 miles in 11 hours, but then I remembered Derek's dropping 14-16 each weekend, and that my goal has been to increase my mileage so I can finish 100x100. Now that I'm at that level, I can focus on increasing my speed and endurance. Apparently they both need equal work.

(This was o/b to Lincoln Memorial, and my legs felt like lead stumps.)
