Went from the intramural fields downs to pa-pa's, then got on walk in the park all the way to great escape, to champion and up to snow flex. It was a up and down run and I fell once but it was really good, my mileage is up at a good point early in the week which is great. I then did 10 strides on the field and then went down to indoor to do my strength stuff.
