52 hard on bike

Weather: 80 and warm

Comments:
Rode 7 miles before group ride from the Tridge. Then we rode 20 out to Coleman in a line at 20-22 mph average with some pushes into the wind. Left from Coleman for 3 miles and then left and back on normal route to Sanford Trail. Back to Tridge.

This was my hardest ride yet! We pushed at times up to 26-30 mph with a huge blast/push up a hill and beyond! Legs and body trashed afterwards!

Great workout and getting into bike shape for the first time ever!

Meniscus surgery on the 18th of July!
