Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran in the reservation with Zac. It was my first run since my knee started acting up that I ran off of the track. It felt no worse than on the track which was good. I felt some tightness but very mild and I never had to stop. Kept a bit of a slowe pace closer to my actual easy run pace which was good. My lungs burned a bit the last half mile or so but that's part of coming bac from three months of not being able to run. Now I just need to focus on building back up and getting caught up with the current training plan. I also did core after
