Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I wanted to do a tempo on a trail, I found a new one but it's more for hiking. I got lost and it was really rocky/branchy. So the warm up was really slow because of hills and me getting lost. I got through my warmup there and about 20 seconds of a tempo before I fell pretty hard on my left knee. Both knees now have bruises. I called it quits there, drove to my usual park. It was about 11:00am at this point. So HOTTTT! I ran more than half of it on a trail. I stopped with less than a .35 to go because I felt like I couldn't breathe. I started up again after 10 seconds because I wanted to push through that. I am not used to running at this time, and I think that's why my temp felt like a sprint. I was under pace though, the goal was 7:15 I ran 7:10. My first mile was 7:12, and then 7:06
