XC Day 19

Weather: Comfortable with Slight Breeze

Comments:
Legs took awhile to warm up today as they have been hurting from the constant stairs and frisbee games in addition to the runs the past few days. My big toes were hurting as well as the arches which were hurting in the bowling shoes last night and today walking around. Hopefully its nothing big. Had a great week at camp and I'm excited for the next one and to keep working hard.
