Weather: overcast - not too hot
Comments:
Ran from Parking lot on XC course until the gooseneck, then I got on another trail that lead to the Locust grove Nature Center. Ran Back to parking lot - Needed to run more so ran on train-tracks. :) okay run! Saw saen o'leary running strong, as well as robert brown and nicky who drove up in robert's overpriced sports car. haha just kidding we are all jealous of his car - it's pretty beast.
