It wasn't as bad as my afternoon runs usually are, I went slow in order to keep my legs in good condition for practice tomorrow and to give them a break. I hit about 8 minute, well actually like 7:58 per mile. Actually, the 8 minute was an estimate but 7:58 is more accurate and sounds much cooler. It was closer to 7:58 though.
