Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
We had our first BN Officer PT since I've been here. They broke us up into three teams (I was a team captain since they chose the 3 youngest 2LTs). The objective was to run to each checkpoint, perform the required amount of exercises (burpees, pushups, flutterkicks, etc) and then follow the map to make your way to the next checkpoint. The halfway point was at a lake where they had some zodiacs staged for us to go out and get some flags in the lake. After that we made our way back to the start point. My team came in 1st! The prize is the best part... tandem jumps with the Golden Knights! I even heard you can see Myrtle Beach when you jump :)
