Today was good, I ran sub 28 to the end of pa-pa's which I have only done a couple of times and finished the 10 mile out and back in 1:08 or so and then finished up with a 5:57 on the track so it was a good 11. The plan is 15 for tomorrow and a really easy Sunday.
