Comments:
1 mile warm-up, then 25 minutes of 3 min on 3 min off with on at tempo pace or faster - bug started chasing me during recovery period after third rep so i sprinted 1 min there, recovered 1 min, sprinted 1 min, recovered then back to normal
1.5 mile cooldown
