1.5 mi warmup and 1 mi cooldown
All in worn out Ravenna's and my stomach felt ready to turn over before I even started the quarters.
This wasn't anything special but felt good to at least get myself on a track and do something different, just kind of make-shifted this run while driving to a place to run.
