DNF O'boro 10 miler

Comments:
Started the O'boro 10 miler this morning, but had some hamstring issues 3 miles in, so decided to job back to the finish and watch the rest of the race. Just strained it on Sat. while working on my fence, nothing bad, just could not run without some tightness. missed a very nice day, for this time of year to run.
all in all qith the miles I ran for warmup race back to the finish area and cooldown, still logged around 7 miles albeit, slow ones
