Today was okay, the first part felt really comfortable and then we picked it up in the middle part for a bit when we were running on the pavement. Then about 45 minutes in I had a rough patch for 25 minutes or so where my quads were just tired. I hung in pretty well we weren't running that slow but I was definitely tired. I think next week I need to make my Friday a little easier leading into the long run because this one felt tougher than the Rocky Mt. Road run and that one was way hillier. But it was good, good long on, 105 minutes and longest run in a while.
