Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I warmed up 1.5 miles, did 1 mile hard, took 2 minutes easy, and did another mile hard, and then cooled down for 1.5 miles. I ran the first mile hard in 7:15 and the second one was 7:14. They were slower than I'd hoped, especially because I used to be able to do entire runs at that pace easily. But it's been a while since I've run hard and I think I will improve a lot by the end of the summer.
