Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I am really mad that I forgot my watch to run with. My time isn't accurate, but I know I did 6 miles. The weather wasn't that bad during the run. I am just guessing my pace was around 6:50 along with the warm up. We did the warm up pretty fast. The workout was supposed to be a progressive tempo, but I probably started faster than I ended. It was definitely a tempo run though. I am guessing I ran the warm up in 7:20. Then the first 2 miles of the tempo at 6:25- 6:35 pace. Then the next 2 miles around 6:35- 6:40. Then the last mile around 6:45. I tried pretty hard to catch up with Karl and Ian so I might have had one mile in there that I sped up because I know my effort went up. It was a pretty good run. I wish I didn't go as hard, but it was still a good workout.
