Comments:
Ran half on a dirt path half on the roads by my house. My knee wasn't tight at all until after 3 miles and it was the mildest it has been. As far as fitness, I felt better with my breathing and overall effort level today although it wasn't a cruise. Not sure if that's just because I ran late instead of the morning
