Comments:
Ran my 3.54 mile loop twice, with a quick stop inbetween to get some water. Both loops I got faster and faster each mile, ending in fast last miles on both ones. I felt pretty good, aerobically I felt great on the first one, my legs were a little stiff and sore from yesterday. Then on the second one my legs felt a little better because they were warmed up. Overall a good run.
