First day of summer workout

Weather: hot, sunny

Comments:
We ran the warm-up and stretched a bit, then we did the black trail twice, it was at a pretty fast pace too, or atleast the first trip was. I'm sure I slowed down quite a bit but I was still pushing it. Also, I saw a deer at the end of the trail. Then Dakota and I ran a mile on the track pretty easy. A good first day, hope to have more energy tomorrow.
